I have had this trick for quite a while along with quite a few other which just needed to be put up on the website but things get put in boxes and other pressures arrive and this one got completely forgotten.

 

It is rather clever.  You show three memo pads and one has red pages and the others have blank pages.  You move the books around and the idea is that the spectators have to keep their eyes on the book with the red pages but try as hard as they like they will always fail.  There is also a great climax to the effect which I will not mention here as it will tip the secret and secrets are what it is all about. I showed it to my lovely young Polish home help and as she loves magic she watched very carefully and all she had to say was WOW!  If you want to see what Monika looks like you can see her in the ad for the Card Sword.  She is meant to clean my flat but  prefers to be a model for magic tricks!  Don't blame her either.
